I have worked in the Food Service industry in some form or fashion for over twenty years. I've held many titles during my tenure as a restaurant and hospitality professional to include General Manager, District Manager, Bar Manager, and Executive Kitchen Manager. In addition, I spent a few years as an Area Sales Manager with PFG which granted me the opportunity to understand the intricate workings of a variety of operating styles and systems. I've had the joy of turning many restaurants around that would not have otherwise been profitable.
I am very passionate about food service which is why I am now a Registered ServSafe Proctor and Instructor. I find great pleasure in sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I am an Army Veteran and proudly served our nation for eight years. When I'm not digging into a P&L or teaching a class, it is not outside of my character to be in the garden, bringing life to plants of all origins or making beautiful flower arrangements to be displayed on a carefully decorated table tabletop.
